PRA sophomore Eliza Becker has earned the PRA High School girls’ track and field team’s Athlete of the Month award for April, making an impact and showing her versatility as a sprinter and hurdler.
Becker has been a varsity runner in each of the past two seasons and was nominated by head coach Mary Marr, who said of Eliza:
“Eliza has truly caught the track bug, often being one of the last athletes to leave practice as she looks to get in one more rep. Her passion and excitement for the sport are contagious. As just a freshman, her coaches are excited about her bright future, and with her dedication and work ethic, she has all the tools to go far.”
